[Please note that Exhibitors will be allowed to have male staff
to manage their booths only after showing valid exhibitor badge
and identity card at the entry]

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

Option 1 : Advertisement Route :
If you release an color advertisement of size 96 Sq.cm @ Rs.880
per Sq.mt in the special Bombay Times feature you will get
a 6 Sq.mt booth complimentary at the exhibition.
Option 2 : Stall Route - Structured Area
Domestic Exhibitors :
INR 10,000/-per sq.mt. plus 12.36% service tax.
Foreign Exhibitors :
USD300 per sq.mt. plus 12.36% service tax.

| POSSESION |

Fully Fabricated stalls will be handed over to the participants
for interior decorations on the 16th April 2008 at 2 pm. Please
note that no interiors will be allowed on 17th April 2008 under
any circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS
|
:
|
Participation form should be duly filled and submitted
along with 100% of the rentals amount inclusive of 12.36%
service tax payable to government for confirmation of the
stall position. All payments should be drawn in the name of
“INTRODUCTIONS TRADE SHOWS”. Participants are
requested to please read & agree to the terms & conditions
printed behind the Participation Form.

FACILITIES

All stalls are made of standard Modular laminated stall system
consisting of white Plywood Panel is fitted on aluminium channels.
Two spotlights, one counter, two chairs & One 5 amp. connection
are provided within the stall charges (Per 6 sq. mts. Booked).
Any additional requirements can be hired from the official contractor
at extra charges. |
