Rs.10000/- per Sq.mt. + 12.36% Service Tax
OPTION
2 : ADVERTISEMENT ROUTE:
If you release a 1200 sq.cm Colour Advertisement @ Rs.65/-
per Sq.cm in the Special Indore Plus feature, in the exhibition
you will get a 6 Sq.mt stall free in the exhibition.
i.e. @ Rs. 78,000
(ad cost) you will get a stall worth Rs. 60,000/- free

PAYMENT TERMS

Participation form should be duly filled
and submitted along with 100% amount of the rentals including
12.36% Service Tax for confirmation of the stall position.
All payments should be drawn in the name of “INTRODUCTIONS
TRADE SHOWS”. Participants are requested to please
read & agree to the terms & conditions printed
behind the participation form. |

Fully Fabricated booths will be handed
over to the participants for setup on 22nd May, 2009 at
5 am. |
| FACILITIES |

All stalls are made of standard Modular
stall system consisting of White Laminated Panels fitted
on aluminium channels. Two spotlights, One counter, Two
chairs & One 5 amp. connection are provided within
the stall charges (Per 6 sq. mts. Booked). Fittings in
other sizes on Pro-rata basis. Any additional requirements
can be hired from the official contractor at extra charges. |
